need to write up a brief outline of the time of troubles/rise of empires. will only be a few pharagraphs, but will explain how seken got to the point it is at when game begins.

Seken is not kind to history. Knowledge of the past tends to slip from Uistean’s domain to Semias’ with startling frequency. Even that knowledge that the Scribes manage to codify and store properly tends to stay in their hands and is not widely known. Seken, as a cultural trend, looks forward, rather than backwards to the devastation and destruction of the Godswar and the turbulent years immediately following it.
