The Noble Musters are made up of Lord and Ladylings, second and third (and beyond) children from all strata of the Noble House, many of whom are required by law to serve in some branch of the Armed forces. They theoretically patrol the Korpesh and Government districts, but in reality just stay in their clubhouses and experiment with new and trendy vices. The City Watch effetively ignores the Musters, paying their salary and hoping (praying in many cases) that they will stay out of the way and cause as little trouble as possible. The Musters are by far the most corrupt part of the Watch. It is this corruption that forms the basis for some of the only non-hostile interaction between the politcally-opposed Nobles and Guilds, as Guilds pay the Musters to look the other way during importation inspections, providing the Nobles with many of the luxuries that they have become accustom to. The Musters dress in red tunics, with nearly every member commissioning their own in an effort to outo their compatriots in ostentatious shows of wealth. Although most residents of Valenci would lump all the Musters together, there is a rigid internal pecking order, based on the social standings of the Noble Houses its members belong to.
